1. Educational use only

Creator Comps provides information compiled from public sources and benchmark ranges published by third parties, for general educational and informational purposes. Nothing on this site or in our emails, reports or exports is investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting or valuation advice, a formal appraisal or fairness opinion, or a recommendation, offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, business or asset. Consult qualified professionals before making decisions.

2. No brokerage or advisory relationship

We do not act as a broker, dealer, investment adviser, business broker or M&A intermediary, and we do not receive transaction-based compensation. Using the site creates no fiduciary or advisory relationship.

3. Accuracy of data

Deal records reflect what the cited sources published at the time we compiled them. Values appear only when disclosed by a party or reported by a named source, and are attributed accordingly. We do not estimate undisclosed values. Sources can be wrong, and deals can change, fail to close or be restated. Information is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Always verify with the original source.

4. Calculator and reports

The valuation calculator and the Valuation Readiness Report rely on information you provide, which we do not verify, and on third-party benchmark ranges. The readiness-score weights and positioning are our editorial judgment, disclosed on the Methodology page. Results are indicative ranges only.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the paid period. Founding Pro pricing stays fixed while your subscription remains active without interruption. One-time reports are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.

6. Acceptable use

Subscriptions are for the named subscriber (or the seat count purchased on Team). You may use exports internally and cite individual data points with attribution. You may not resell or republish the database, or substantial parts of it, or scrape the site.

7. Embeds, charts and referrals

You may embed our widget and charts on any site if the attribution line and link stay in place. Charts may be republished as images with a visible credit and link to the source page. Referral rewards are promotional, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn for sign-ups that appear automated or duplicated.

8. Third-party content

We link to third-party sources we do not control. Trademarks belong to their owners. Inclusion of a company does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made using the site.
