The big one: Hello Sunshine round-trips
In August 2021 Candle Media bought control of Reese Witherspoon's Hello Sunshine at a reported ████ valuation (Reuters). On Oct 13, 2026, Witherspoon and Mediawan agreed to buy Candle's majority stake back for what Axios, citing sources, reported as "████" (Axios). Axios also notes Candle is now focused on operating, and potentially selling, individual brands instead of building one integrated company.
